This Orders & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms governing order placement, processing, and cancellation on Tally.in.net, operated by Teknotronics.
By placing an order on our website or through our sales team, you agree to the terms stated below.
1. Order Confirmation
- All orders are considered confirmed only after successful payment.
- Once confirmed, you will receive:
- Order confirmation via Email / WhatsApp
- Invoice with complete billing details
- Product activation or service initiation details
👉 In case of payment failure, the order will not be processed.
2. Nature of Products & Services
We primarily deal in:
- Tally Software Licenses (Digital Products)
- Tally Add-ons / Custom Solutions
- Tally Implementation & Professional Services
- Cloud Hosting / Remote Access Services
- Annual Support & Subscription Services
Important:
Most of our offerings are digital or service-based, and delivery is either:
- Instant (for license activation)
- Scheduled (for services and implementations)
3. Order Processing & Delivery
- Digital products are usually delivered within a few hours to 24 hours after payment confirmation
- Services are scheduled based on mutual availability and scope of work
- Any delays due to technical or external factors will be communicated to the customer
4. Order Cancellation Policy
🔹 Before Activation / Service Initiation
- Orders can be cancelled before license activation or service commencement
- Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order
- All requests are subject to verification and approval
🔹 After Activation / Delivery
- Once a Tally license is activated, the order cannot be cancelled
- Services that are already initiated or delivered are non-cancellable
- Customised solutions, TDL development, or special configurations are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable
5. How to Request Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please provide:
- Order ID / Invoice Number
- Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
- Reason for cancellation

👉 Requests without proper details may not be processed.
6. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
- Refunds are applicable only for eligible cancellations before activation or service initiation
- Once approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
Note:
- Transaction charges (if any) may be deducted
- No refunds will be issued for activated licenses or completed services
7. Order Modifications
- Any changes to an order must be requested before processing or activation
- Once processed, modifications may not be possible
8. Failed Transactions
- If payment is deducted but the order is not confirmed, please contact us
- Such cases are usually resolved within 3–5 working days by the payment gateway
9. Pricing & Availability
- Prices, offers, and product availability are subject to change without prior notice
- We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies
10. Order Rejection / Cancellation by Us
Teknotronics reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in cases such as:
- Incomplete or incorrect customer information
- Payment issues or suspected fraud
- Product/service unavailability
- Technical or operational issues
In such cases, a full refund (if payment is received) will be processed.
11. Limitation of Liability
Teknotronics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from order delays, cancellations, or service interruptions.
12. Jurisdiction
This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
