1. Payment Methods

2. Payment Gateway & Security
- All online payments are processed through secure and trusted third-party payment gateways (such as Razorpay, PayU, or similar providers)
- We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers
- Transactions are protected using industry-standard encryption and security protocols
3. Payment Confirmation
- Upon successful payment, you will receive:
- Payment confirmation via Email / WhatsApp
- GST-compliant Tax Invoice
- Orders are processed only after successful payment verification
4. Pricing & Taxes
- All prices listed on the website are in Indian Rupees (₹)
- Applicable GST and taxes are charged as per Indian regulations

5. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital software licenses and IT services, refunds are limited and governed by the conditions below:

- Order cancelled within the allowed cancellation window
❌ Not Eligible for Refund
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Activated Tally software licenses
- Delivered digital products
- Completed or ongoing services (implementation, customization, AMC, support)
- TDL development or any customised solutions
- Subscription or cloud services once activated
👉 All such purchases are considered final and non-refundable
6. Refund Process
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refunds will be credited via the original payment method
For bank transfers:
- Customers must provide accurate bank details for processing
Note:
- Payment gateway or transaction charges (if applicable) may be deducted
7. Failed Transactions & Payment Issues
If you experience any of the following:
- Payment deducted but order not confirmed
- Transaction failure
- Delay in payment confirmation

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
- Customers are requested to contact us before initiating any chargeback or dispute
