This Returns & Replacements Policy outlines the terms applicable to products and services purchased from Tally.in.net, operated by Teknotronics.

Due to the nature of our offerings, which are primarily digital and service-based, returns and replacements are limited and governed by the conditions below.

1. Nature of Products

Our offerings include:

  • Tally Software Licenses (Digital Activation)
  • Tally Add-ons / TDL Customizations
  • Implementation & Support Services
  • Cloud, Hosting & IT Solutions

Important:
Most products are digitally delivered or service-based, and therefore traditional return policies do not apply.

2. Returns Policy

❌ Returns Not Applicable in Most Cases

Returns are not accepted under the following conditions:

  • Activated Tally software licenses
  • Delivered or downloaded digital products
  • Services already delivered or currently in progress
  • Custom-developed solutions (TDL, reports, integrations)

👉 All such purchases are considered final and non-returnable

3. Replacement Policy

Replacements are considered only under specific, valid conditions.

✅ Eligible for Replacement

Replacement may be provided if:

  • Incorrect product or license is delivered due to our error
  • A verified technical issue prevents license activation
  • Duplicate license is issued unintentionally

❌ Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Incorrect order placed by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Compatibility issues not discussed prior to purchase
  • Delays or issues due to incomplete or incorrect customer information

4. Reporting an Issue

If you face any issue with your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with the following details:

  • Order ID / Invoice Number
  • Registered Email ID or Mobile Number
  • Clear description of the issue
  • Relevant screenshots or supporting documents

5. Resolution Process

  • Our technical team will review and verify the reported issue
  • If the request is approved, we will:
    • Replace the product, or
    • Provide a corrected license or service

⏱️ Resolution timelines typically range from 1–3 working days, depending on the nature of the issue.

6. Important Notes

  • Customers are strongly advised to confirm product requirements and compatibility before purchase
  • Our team is available for pre-sales consultation to help avoid incorrect orders
  • Teknotronics reserves the right to approve or reject replacement requests after proper verification
  • Any misuse of the replacement policy may result in rejection of future requests

7. Limitation of Liability

Teknotronics shall not be liable for:

  • Losses arising from incorrect product selection by the customer
  • Delays caused due to incomplete or incorrect information
  • Any indirect or consequential damages related to product usage

8. Jurisdiction

This policy shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

9. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time.
Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date.
